Ltd. (a consortium led by EQT).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In addition, L\u2019Or\u00e9al and Galderma have agreed to work towards a strategic scientific partnership that will leverage the undisputed expertise of both companies: Galderma&#8217;s expertise across a broad range of dermatological solutions, and L\u2019Or\u00e9al\u2019s expertise in skin biology, diagnostic tools, and evaluation methods.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00e4r &amp; Karrer is acting as Swiss legal counsel for L\u2019Or\u00e9al.
