The Thailand Elite Visa is a long-term Thai visa provided to Thailand Privilege Card members offering benefits and residency in Thailand for a set period of time, often with the option to renew the visa. The programme is managed by the Thailand Privilege Card Company Limited, under the Ministry of Tourism and Sport.
The Thailand Elite scheme aims to promote Thailand to foreign visitors; and attract high-end visitors, business people, and investors by offering long-term multiple entry visas and access to live in the Kingdom for up to 20 years. The membership programme provides benefits targeted for immigration, leisure, business, and health and wellness.
The various privileges include access to airport pick-up services, privilege passport lanes, airport lounges, visa assistance, golf club memberships, and discounts on a range of high-end services in Thailand. Below you can find some insights into the fees and length of each membership level, including the visas on offer:
1. Elite Ultimate Privilege membership
- Membership validity: 20 years
- Membership fee: THB 2 million*
- Transfer fee: 20% of the prevailing rate
- Elite Visa validity for five years with the option to renew every five years (four sets of 5-year multi-entry visas)
- Elite Ultimate Privilege members can secure the Elite Family Premium to offer their ultimate privilege benefits to their family in separate packages.
2. Elite Easy Access membership
- Membership validity: five years
- Membership fee: THB 600,000 (VAT included)
- Membership upgrade: with an additional THB 1,498,000 to Elite Ultimate Privilege (VAT included) or THB 400,000 to elite superiority extension (VAT included), you are entitled to upgrade to full membership status
- Condition: non-transferable/non-refundable
- Elite Visa validity for five years
- Membership validity: five years
- Membership fee: THB 600,000 (VAT included)
- Membership upgrade: with an additional THB 1,498,000 to Elite Ultimate Privilege (VAT included) or THB 400,000 to elite superiority extension (VAT included), you are entitled to upgrade to full membership status
- Condition: non-transferable/non-refundable
- Elite Visa validity for five years
3. Elite Superiority Extension membership
- Membership validity: 20 years
- Membership fee: THB 1 million (VAT included)
- Condition: non-transferable / non-refundable
- Elite Visa validity for five years with the option to renew every five years (four sets of 5-year multi-entry visas)
4. Elite Privilege Access membership
- Membership validity: 10 years
- Additional validity: valid for a period equal to the remaining term of the core member
- Membership fee: THB 1,000,000 (VAT included)
- Additional membership fee: THB 800,000 (VAT included) / each
- Condition: non-transferable / non-refundable
- Elite Visa validity for five years with the option to renew after five years
5. Elite Family Alternative membership
- Membership validity: 10 years
- Additional validity: valid for a period equal to the remaining term of the core member
- Membership fee: THB 800,000 (VAT included)
- Additional membership fee: THB 700,000 (VAT included) / each
- Condition: non-transferable / non-refundable
- Elite Visa validity for five years with the option to renew after five years
6. Elite Family Excursion membership
- Membership: at least two persons
- Membership validity: five years
- Additional validity: valid for a period equal to the remaining term of the core member
- Membership fee: THB 800,000 (VAT included)
- Additional membership fee: THB 300,000 (VAT included) / each
- Condition: non-transferable / non-refundable
- Elite Visa validity for five years
7. Elite Family Premium membership
- Membership validity: subject to the validity of core member
- Membership fee: THB 1 million (VAT included)
- Membership transfer: one-time transferable only to immediate family*
- Transfer fee: 20% of the prevailing rate
- Annual fee: THB 10,000 (VAT included)
- Elite Visa validity for five years with the option to renew every five years
8. Elite Maxima Health membership
The Elite Maxima Health privilege is the newest membership level and offers access to health advice from some of Thailand’s leading hospitals and healthcare professionals.
- Membership validity: five years
- Membership fee: THB 1.5 million*
- Elite Visa validity for five years
