Zeigler Advogados introduced André Papini (pictured) as a new partner for the Corporate, Contracts and Arbitration areas. He arrives to reinforce the firm’s participation in highly complex corporate projects.
With a background of 30 years in the legal practice, André has worked in large law firms, participating in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions, corporate structuring and reorganizations, corporate succession planning, corporate governance projects, and complex corporate disputes in the arbitration and judicial spheres.
He is also a professor and lecturer in undergraduate and graduate law courses.
