At Hornsgatan 20 in Stockholm, Slussgården has built another floor on the Överkikaren’s current 12-storey block. The extension will provide space for a restaurant on the roof with a large associated terrace. The tenant of the restaurant and the roof terrace is Stureplansgruppen, which thus is opening its first restaurant on Södermalm in Stockholm. The restaurant will be named Freyja and will open on March 13, 2023.
In connection with the project, TM & Partners has assisted Slussgården in drafting and negotiating agreements for the implementation and leasing with Stureplansgruppen. Lars Kinneholm, CEO at Slussgården, comments:

It was a complicated project, which nevertheless went incredibly quickly after the preliminary study.
