TM & Partners has advised FUUD AB (publ) in connection with a rights issue of units, consisting of shares and warrants, and a directed convertible issue. Through the rights issue, the company initially receives approximately SEK 63.6 million before deduction of issue costs, and through the directed convertible issue, the company receives approximately SEK 23 million.
