AVELLUM acted as the legal counsel to UFUTURE on obtaining a merger
control clearance of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the partial sale of its stake in LvivTech.City.
LvivTech.City is an innovation park in Lviv that will offer a comprehensive ecosystem of Class A office premises, co-working spaces, laboratories and conference rooms occupying the area of a former industrial zone.
UFUTURE is a holding company with a diversified portfolio of assets in the fields of real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, pharmaceuticals and IT. Currently, UFUTURE’s assets are estimated at USD550 million, and the total capitalisation of the businesses it invested in is more than USD1 billion.
