Foyen has advised Mandalay Resources in 40 million USD credit agreement

Foyen has advised Canadian mining company Mandalay Resources Corporation in its negotiation of a 40 million USD revolving credit facility with HSBC Bank Canada. Mandalay, which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, is the 100 % owner of the Bjorkdal gold mine in northern Sweden and the transaction has required a number of contracts regarding the Swedish business operation. Foyen’s team was led by partner Peter Dyer, assisted primarily by associate Elinor Pejryd.
