Foyen assists Kalpataru Power Transmission in its acquisition of Linjemontage

Foyen hasassisted Kalpataru Power Transmission Sweden AB (KPTS) in its acquisition of 85% of the shares in Linjemontage i Grästorp AB with subsidiaries.

KPTS is awholly owned subsidiary of stock listed Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd, whichis one of the largest and fastest growing EPC companies (Engineering Procurement Construction) from India with footprints in over 50 countriesacross Asia, Africa, Middle East, CIS, Australia and the Americas. Linjemontageis a power line contractor with some 140 employees and branch offices in 12 locations in Sweden.

The Foyen team was led by partners Peter Dyer and Jonas Conradsson and includedassociates Sara Malmgren, Tomas Fjordevik, Yasmine Shoaie-nia, Madeleine Jönsson and Moa Gruneau.
