JSB signed a framework agreement with Rikshem for the purpose of building thousands of sustainable homes around the country up to and including 2029. The agreement relates to the construction of standard multi-family homes and is based on collaboration with, among other things, ongoing joint development work with the aim of finding better means of efficiency and synergies in the construction process.
The first projects to be ordered are located in Umeå, Sigtuna, Södertälje and Malmö.
Foyen has assisted JSB in signing the framework agreement through partner Richard Sahlberg and associate Sara Öwall.
