On 3 October 2017, Dr. Thomas Muhr and Muhr und Bender
KG sold their entire stake in Feintool International Holding AG (Feintool)
amounting to 616,500 shares of Feintool corresponding to 13.81% of the total
share capital of Feintool. The shares were sold to institutional investors
through an accelerated bookbuilding process led by Bank Berenberg.
