In the admiralty case between (1) a leading bunker supplier (the “Plaintiffs”) and (2) MV “SANTA PACIFIC” with IMO number 9225512 (the “Vessel”), our Law Firm successfully represented the Plaintiffs in issuing an arrest warrant against the Vessel anchored in the port of Limassol, Cyprus. The arrest warrant was issued upon filing an ex-parte application with the Supreme Court of Cyprus. The claim of the Plaintiffs was relating to unpaid bunkers which were supplied to the Vessel.
