BZ Bank Aktiengesellschaft, through its acquisition company LEMRO AG,
purchased the United Grinding Group from Körber Beteiligungen GmbH. The United
Grinding Group is one of the world's leading suppliers of precision grinding
machines.
Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to BZ Bank. The team included
Ralph Malacrida and Micha Schilling (both M&A and Finance), Faton Aliu and
Annina Hammer (both M&A), Susanne Schreiber, Matthias Bizzarro, Cyrill
