construction or design industry. Recipients are proven leaders, inspiring and attracting the
industry’s next generation of women. Patterson was singled out for her many

“We congratulate
Carol on another first and commend Commercial Observer for setting their bar
high for future Barrier Breakers by selecting Carol for this inaugural award,”
said Michael Vardaro, Managing Partner, Zetlin & De Chiara LLP.   “Carol is greatly admired by her peers and
colleagues for her talent, skills, insight, determination and success. She is
an invaluable member of the Zetlin & De Chiara family, and has been practically
since our founding.”

on matters such as dispute resolution, contracts and risk management
strategies. She

the design and construction of major office and residential buildings,
performing arts centers, museums, hospitals, educational institutions,
transportation facilities and other public buildings. Patterson regularly
counsels owners, developers, engineers, architects, construction managers, contractors
and other parties in the construction industry. Additionally, her time as
President of NYC CREW distinguish her as a highly engaged member of the
professional community who supports opportunities for women in real estate and
construction.
