Further new faces in the Firm: On
August 1, a market recognized Real Estate Tax Team will join Arnecke
Sibeth. Future Partner Alexander Lehnen
will be joined by two further experts from Crowe Keeberg Real Estate. The new additions were all formerly with Big
4 Accountancies. They will strengthen
the Firm’s Real Estate practice, which already includes more than 50 lawyers across
all of its locations.
Lehnen and his team of Tax
Consultants and Auditors advise a broad spectrum of clients from large
institutional investors and specialty funds to medium-sized project
developers. In addition to transaction
and structure consulting, regulatory considerations in real estate transactions
and fund start-ups are also key focus areas.
This alliance aims to provide Real
Estate and Finance clients with even more comprehensive support.
Thomas Richter, Managing Partner and
one of Arnecke Sibeth’s Real Estate specialists, sees the future benefits: “The
addition of Alexander Lehnen, Laura Neugebauer and Marcel Bailänder will allow
us to provide even greater coverage of our core real estate practice including
complex tax and regulatory law.”
Past cooperation on significant

Real Estate is not the only area of
the firm evidencing growth. Three
further high-caliber Partners/Lawyers from other areas of Corporate Finance,
Competition Law and IP/IT/Commercial will strengthen Arnecke Siebeth
