VEGAS LEX has taken part in the annual Job Fair at
Volgograd State University.
On March 24, 2017 Volgograd State University hosted the Job Fair, a
traditional meeting of the region's leading employers with students, in which
the VEGAS LEX law firm* took part.
Representatives of major Russian companies told students about their current
job offerings and internships. Students could do a small interview on the spot,
fill in questionnaires and find out which candidates are in demand on the labor
market. The chance to find out what qualities they primarily pay attention to
when selecting an employee is a major benefit of direct communication with
employers.
“We offer a program of internships and are mainly looking for students who
are purposeful, active, ready to perform diverse tasks, able to work overtime
and, of course, to keep our eyes burning, which is our motto. Usually we
consider third-year students and older, with basic knowledge of jurisprudence,”
says Anna Lavrentyeva, a junior associate
of VEGAS LEX Volga Directorate.
