  • Acted as the Taiwan legal counsel to Yageo Corporation, an electronic component manufacturing firms, in relation to its offering of 63,400,000 common shares, in reliance of Rule 144A and Regulation S, to sponsor the issuance of 12,680,000 global depositary shares worth US$649.85 million on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
  • Acting as the Taiwan counsel to TS Lines, the Taiwan-based liner operator, in relation to its reorganisation and filing for IPO in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to support its fleet expansion and business development.
  • Acted for Ainos Inc., a US and Taiwan-based diversified MedTech company, in connection with its uplisting to Nasdaq and reverse stock split.

  • Representing a Cayman Islands-registered company, in relation to its application for listing on Taiwan Innovation Board of Taiwan Stock Exchange (“TIB”).
