Allen & Overy Bratislava, s.r.o. is adept at handling energy sector mandates and is particularly noted for its nuclear expertise. It advised Enel on the sale of its 66% stake in Slovenské elektrárne, and assisted Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets (Europe), as the leader of a consortium of various funds, with the acquisition of a 30% interest in EP Infrastructure.
