Al-Ajlan & Partners in association with Baker & McKenzie Limited¬†provides 'exceptional service' across the gamut of contentious and non-contentious real estate and construction matters. Jointly headed by¬†Bilal Ambikapathy and the ‚Äėsuper responsive‚Äô Gavin Witcombe, the team regularly advises on real estate and construction-sector M&A,¬†project development and bid documentation, land transactions and REIT formation. Witcombe is advising Mohammed I Alsubeaei & Sons Investment on a proposal to construct and maintain accommodation for 2,500 Saudi Aramco employees. The team is also acting for Salini Impregilo in relation to the construction of phase one of the The Avenues project in Riyadh, which will include a shopping mall complex, two residential towers, and a tower for offices and health services.

The Law Firm of AlSalloum and AlToaimi in association with White & Case LLP handles construction mandates involving infrastructure projects, commercial real estate and residential complexes. Antoine Cousin is advising King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre on the procurement aspects of the development of a new hospital and associated staff accommodation. Also recommended are Adam Pierson and Doug Peel, who heads the Middle East department.

Abuhimed Alsheikh Alhagbani Law Firm (AS&H) in co-operation with Clifford Chance has experience of real estate finance, property sales and acquisitions and real estate development. Head of corporate Majid Al-Sheikh and Dubai-based counsel Tariq Imam, who heads the Middle East real estate practice, were on a team that advised Al Fozan Holding on the $655m acquisition and leaseback of a chemical handling centre in Jubail Industrial City. Tim Steadman heads the regional construction team from the Abu Dhabi office.

Law Firm of Hassan Mahassni In association with Dechert LLP has particular expertise in real estate development and development finance, where it advises primarily family investors on occupational issues in addition to development and investment matters. King & Spalding in affiliation with the Law Office of Mohammad Al-Ammar has particular strength in development projects in the infrastructure and utilities sector, and is also known for its construction litigation capabilities.
