The team at CMS stands out for its 'outstanding work ethic' and ability to handle complex IP disputes. The group is led by IP enforcement expert Tomasz Koryzma, who has an active anti-counterfeiting practice, with clients including L'Oréal and Microsoft. Marek Oleksyn specialises in trade mark and unfair competition litigation. Koryzma is assisting Bayer with cooperating with law enforcement authorities in relation to investigation into a fake crop protection product smuggling network in Poland and Ukraine.
