At Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP, team head Tim Hill specialises in defending clients in pollution and waste offences, challenges to statutory notices and packaging waste claims, among other criminal and regulatory matters. Hill is also well versed in guiding chemical and energy sector clients through competent authority inspections and investigations, and on the non-contentious side assists clients with compliance matters.

Sitting within the firm’s energy department, the team at Sintons LLP advises on matters pertaining to wind farms, surface mines, biofuel, landfills and energy-to-waste projects.
