  • Continuing to act for Leeds City on its HS2 Growth Strategy, particularly in respect of the redevelopment of Leeds classic station as well as its integration with the new HS2 station.
  • Acting for Live Nation on the construction and management of the Cardiff Indoor Arena (a 15,000 seat capacity venue to be completed in 2025). The firm advised the client on its successful bid to Cardiff City Council and are now advising it on the grant funding and financing documentation, as well as the real estate and construction aspects of the transaction.
  • Continuing to act for Leeds City Council on the South Bank Regeneration project, including advising on the potential grant funding for the refurbishment of Temple Works, a Grade I Listed Building (£50m works package) and the redevelopment and regeneration of the wider South Bank area.
