  • Acting for Acro Aircraft Seating Limited on the grant of a new lease of an industrial warehouse at Eldon Way, Crick Industrial Estate, Crick, Northamptonshire. The property has become their UK head office and main manufacturing plant. Acro Aircraft Seating Limited are part of the Zhejiang Science and Technology Investment Company (ZTC) and was acquired by them in 2017 for £55m.
