The health and care practice at Mills & Reeve LLP provides 'an excellent overall level of service with excellent sector knowledge and commercial experience, a fast response rate, strong healthcare team depth, and good value for money'. Project finance specialist Bridget Archibald leads the practice from Cambridge and is the relationship partner for key clients such as as NHS Property Services. Corporate partner Natalie Wade has 'fantastic knowledge and network in the healthcare sector, and deep commercial understanding of competitors and corporates'. She handles high-value M&A projects for clients including Virgin Care and Elysium Healthcare. She recently advised a private equity house on the acquisition of a regional dental chain. Her team is noted for including 'incredibly responsive and proactive market experts'.
