Bernard LLP blends its expertise in maritime and insurance law to excel in litigation and claims handling. The Vancouver boutique also advises on regulatory compliance and corporate and commercial matters. Gary Wharton specializes in shipping, insurance and environmental law. Peter Swanson, who is also a shipping expert, brings expertise in occupational health and safety and personal injury.

‘Excellent in all areas’, Borden Ladner Gervais LLP ‘knows the law, and the shipping industry, inside out’.
