The team at Kinstellar has a ‘commercial approach’ and a ‘high level of professionalism’; the group handles the range of cross-border commercial, corporate and M&A matters. Highlights included advising KBC Bank NV on the €610m acquisition of the United Bulgarian Bank and leasing company Bulgaria, Interlease, from the National Bank of Greece.
