Ayana Hull was promoted to lead Harneys’ private wealth practice following the departures of Sheila GeorgeJohann Henry and Paul Mellor to George Henry Partners LP in late 2019. With experience in assisting lenders with project finance matters and advising developers on infrastructure projects, the team also notably advises foreign investors on the acquisition, ownership, structuring and development of real estate interests in the BVI including private islands, hotels and resorts, villas, marinas, restaurants and bars, and office buildings.

O'Neal Webster

Headed up by managing associate Jenelle Archer, the real estate team at O'Neal Webster is particularly active in advising foreign investors on the purchase of private BVI residences, and also handles high-value residential real estate purchases. The team has also assisted the BVI Social Security Board with the purchase of multiple lots across various islands to be developed as part of affordable housing projects for island residents. The group advises a range of high-net-worth home purchasers and sellers, retailers and resorts, trusts and BVI-registered companies on the financial, banking, tax and regulatory aspects of real estate transactions.
