Alongside high-profile, non-financial work, he represented the government in the appeal of Stephen Chan Chi-wan in a case concerning an alleged corruption scandal at TVB regarding the alleged skimming of contracts for television productions.

6KBW College Hill’s David Perry QC represented Edthancy Tseng Pei-kun, former personal assistant of Stephen Chan Chi-wan, who was successful in her appeal against conviction in a television production fraud scheme in Hong Kong.
