Most recent cases include Dravnez Astallt v Hayek (disputes involving confidential information, law, intellectual property, director duties); Ludgate Administration v Northern & Shell Media (action in the balance of the proceeds of sale of the ‘Express’ newspaper, the construction of the tax warranty); HSBC Life (UK) Ltd v Stubbs (case involving analysis of financial futures and various derivative contracts); and the TXU Europe Group plc (in administration), a matter involving a director’s top hat pension scheme.
