Trinity Chambers is a common law set with a broad range and considerable depth of legal expertise and experience, displaying an increasing level of specialisation within each area of law.
The set: Trinity Chambers is proud of its reputation as one of the leading sets of barristers’ chambers in the North of England. It is a reputation built on a strategic programme of rolling investment in services and facilities; in an administration and clerking structure of the highest quality; and, crucially, by supplying supreme legal advice.
Since its establishment in 1954, Trinity Chambers has grown so that it now offers a spectrum of specialisations, expertise and experience, unified by consistent high quality across the board. The set operates from two sites, one in Newcastle upon Tyne (Trinity Newcastle) and one in Middlesbrough (Trinity Teesside). Both are located close to the court centres for those cities.
Trinity Newcastle relocated to the landmark Custom House building, situated on the Quayside directly opposite the spectacular Sage Music Centre. In this significant and historic site the set provides its clients with unrivalled state-of-the-art premises in which to work together.
Trinity Chambers never forgets that its clients not only require the best legal advice, but that they require it promptly, in a user-friendly format, and at a competitive cost.
Types of work undertaken: Trinity Chambers is internally organised into 12 focused practice groups: Chancery, business, agriculture, crime, regulatory, employment, family, immigration, mental health amd Court of Protection, personal injury and clinical negligence, administrative and public law, and planning. Each offers a depth and range of experience to suit the needs of the client. Chambers’ multi-disciplinary nature enables specialists within practice groups to have ready and immediate access to expertise in other fields on the many occasions when outside issues arise. Trinity also offers trained mediators.
Whilst each member maintains their own individual practice, Trinity Chambers has a long tradition of pooling knowledge and experience between members. Both Trinity (Newcastle) and Trinity (Teesside) are able to provide the same high level of service and assistance. Cases that need urgent attention can be addressed by the clerks for special handling.
Trinity Chambers provides a high-quality comprehensive and reliable service.
