Commercial litigation and arbitration with particular emphasis on civil fraud and asset recovery; financial services and banking including CMBS and other securitisation disputes; insolvency and company law including proceedings under the Insolvency Act 1986, directors’ duties, unfair prejudice petitions and other shareholder disputes.
