Personal injury: employers liability, industrial disease, including asbestos-related litigation, VWF, RSI, noise, stress and bullying in the workplace, road traffic, accidents, public liability, especially occupiers, serious head injuries, chronic pain syndrome and abnormal illness behaviour, fraudulent claims, limitation, psychiatric damage, especially post traumatic stress disorder. Insurance: interpretation of insurance contracts, fraudulent claims, property damage, especially involving fire, misrepresentation and non-disclosure and exclusion clauses. Employment: unfair dismissal, especially misconduct, sex discrimination, in particular sexual harassment, disability discrimination, whistle-blowers, directors duties.
