Position
Barrister specialising in company law, corporate finance, capital markets, asset-based financing, financial services, banking, insolvency, insurance and reinsurance insolvency and regulation and civil claims arising from commercial fraud. Now mainly practising in Nigeria and engaged in international commercial arbitration both as counsel and arbitrator. Avaliable to advise in relation to Nigerian law.
