Barrister specialising in EC and UK competition law. Other areas: European Community law and procurement. Cases of note include BAGS, William Hill and others v AMRAC and others; O2 and others v SS Business and Regulatory Reform; Inntrepreneur v Crehan; MAN ERF v Wootton Trucks; Cityhook v OFT. As a solicitor, extensive experience of competition litigation and regulatory investigations into anti-competitive agreements and conduct, and merger clearances work, including acting for Robert Wiseman Dairies in Claymore/Arla appeals before the CAT.
