Position

Barrister specialising in UK and European competition law including regulatory work; a major practitioner in public procurement. Has appeared in a substantial proportion of the English cases concerning public procurement and has appeared before CAT and OFT and represents clients in all matters related to Articles Bland 82 EU, the Competition Act 1998, and merger regulation.
