Position

Josh’s practice covers all aspects of competition, EU, public and regulatory work. He appears regularly in the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal, the High Court, the Court of Appeal and before the EU courts in Luxembourg. He advises private clients and regulators in the UK and in a number of other jurisdictions around the world, including the BVI, the Channel Islands, Singapore and other EU Member Sates. He has considerable background knowledge of the EU institutions, having spent time working in both the European Commission (DG Comp) and the European Court of Justice.
