Expertise includes health and safety; fire safety; licensing; data protection and freedom of information; consumer protection; environmental; food safety; and trading standards. Inquests and inquiries: instructed by all participants to an inquest including the police, fire authorities, families and witnesses. Professional discipline: has advised and represented UK Athletics and acted as a legal adviser to the Lawn Tennis Association Disciplinary Panel. Tax appeals: building on criminal experience of Missing Trader Intra Community Frauds (’MTIC’), now acts for appellants before the First Tier Tax Tribunal.
