Notably, and on the professional negligence front, John Randall QC was in the Court of Appeal representing the claimant in a solicitors negligence claim arising out of several years of instructions. Crime

St Philips Chambers has one of the strongest and largest crime teams on circuit and houses the leader of the Midland Circuit, Richard Atkins QC. Members deal with violent murders, sexual offence cases, including historical sexual abuse, gang-related crime and human trafficking offences. Fraud and all forms of financial crime is also a large area of instruction. Peter Haynes QC is a highly regarded international criminal practitioner and has represented victims of terrorism and war crimes at The Hague. Jonas Hankin QC left to join No5 Chambers.
