Position
David frequently advises on or acts in litigation relating to private client, corporation tax or VAT. Recent cases in 2010/11 include Mayes (Court of Appeal), Nigel Grogan Limited (Upper Tribunal), Bessie Taube Discretionary Settlement Trust (First-tier Tribunal), Gripple (High Court), Legal & General Assurance Society (Upper Tribunal), Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre Trust Ltd (First-tier Tribunal) and Sun Life ?of Canada (Court of Appeal).
