Position

Specialist in all methods of dispute resolution (international and domestic arbitration, litigation, adjudication, ADR) with particular expertise and extensive experience in: (1) construction, engineering, transport, technology and energy, (2) professional and product liability, (3) insurance and reinsurance and (4) general commercial litigation. Notable recent successes include Aspect v Higgins [2015] UKSC 38 (construction adjudication in the Supreme Court). Typically instructed in large-scale disputes arising from major construction and engineering projects, fire/flood/collapse recovery actions, investment management/misselling claims, product liability; and all related insurance issues. Particular expertise in managing multi-party litigation.
