Position
Partner in charge of Dundas & Wilson’s pension law team. This team advises employers and trustees of occupational pension schemes, insurers and other providers of pension products and services. It also deals with the pension aspects of D&W’s clients’ corporate and scheme restructuring transactions in the public and private sectors, and supports law firms without ‘full-service’ presence in the UK. Work includes early identification of pension aims and problems, designing and documenting de-risking and other strategies with employers, lenders, investors, actuaries and other consultants to deliver agreed corporate objectives and updating scheme deeds and other pension law documentation.
