On the crime side, the set includes several CPS grade 4 prosecutors and RASSO panel members. The family team is also highly regarded. Over the past year, numerous barristers have also joined from New Park Court Chambers and other local sets. Crime

Park Square Barristers has one of the largest crime teams on circuit with over 70 criminal practitioners. As a result, the group provides ‘great strength in depth’ and can handle the full range of criminal cases. The set is home to 23 CPS grade 4 prosecutors and 27 RASSO-approved practitioners, but also defends in equal measure. Recent cases have included a high-profile mortgage fraud and the Rotherham child sexual exploitation trials. Kama Melly QC took silk in 2016.

Family and children law

Park Square Barristers’ family team has over 40 members and is considered ‘a solid set’ in this area.
