Chancery/commercial barrister, specialising in property litigation together with niche practice in art law. Recent interesting cases include: Joint Stock Co Aeroflot v Leeds (2017); Hennessey v Kent [2017] UKUT 0243 (LC), Thwaytes v Sotheby's [2016] 1 WLR 2143; Re: Kerai [2014] UKUT 153 (LC); Ullah v Ullah [2013] EWHC 2296 (Ch); was junior counsel in Marlwood Commercial Inc v Kozeny & ors [2007] EWHC 950 (Comm) and [2006] EWHC 872 (Comm); and junior counsel in House of Lords in Ruxley Electronics v Forsyth [1996] 1 AC 344.
