Position

Neil is a Partner in Druces’ Commercial Litigation team, specialising in general commercial litigation, all areas of dispute resolution and insolvency work. 

Neil has over 25 years’ experience in general commercial litigation and all areas of dispute resolution. In addition, Neil specialises in insolvency work and has undertaken numerous restructurings of insolvent companies. Neil’s pragmatic approach to litigation and his ability to get the optimum outcome is greatly prized by his clients.
