Position
A barrister whose practice encompasses litigation, drafting and advisory work across the full range of Chancery and Chancery commercial matters. A significant part of her practice involves dealing with all aspects of landlord and tenant law and real property issues and she is recommended in the property litigation section of ‘The Legal 500’. Georgia also has experience of trusts and estates, in particular the administration of estates, probate claims, family provision claims and non-contentious matters, including inheritance tax planning. Her reported cases include Fuller v Fuller [2005] All ER (D) 120 (Feb); Turner v Turner [2006] All ER (D) 63 (Jul); and Giles v Rhind [2007] EWHC 687 (Ch), [2007] All ER (D) 474 (Mar).
