Position
David’s practice comprises a broad range of Chancery and commercial work, with an emphasis on litigation. David’s main areas of expertise include professional negligence, individual and corporate insolvency, trust advice and litigation, probate and estate litigation, and company and business disputes. A large part of his practice involves advising clients in offshore jurisdictions, in particular the British Virgin islands (where he was twice seconded in 2003 to the BVI firm of Harney Westwood & Riegels), the Cayman Islands and the Channel Islands. David has also acted in disputes involving looted and stolen cultural property.

Qualified 2000, Middle Temple; called to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court 2003.
