Position
Stuart has a successful commercial Chancery practice which focuses on corporate and personal insolvency, company law, commercial litigation, fraud and asset tracing. In addition to acting for private clients, he has advised the DTI and appeared in the High Court and before the Insolvency Practitioners Tribunal on behalf of the Insolvency Service. He has acted in disputes relating to a wide range of commercial activities, including share sale agreements, sale of goods, aircraft leases, telecommunications and mortgages.
Career
Highly successful military career ten years prior to practising at the Bar; called 1995, Inner Temple; edited the technical manual used by Official Receivers and Blackstones ‘Guide to the Companies Act 2006’ and is a contributor to Tolleys ‘Insolvency Law’.
