Position
Barrister specialising in commercial litigation, with considerable experience of advocacy in all divisions of the High Court, both on the interlocutory applications and at trial. His practice covers all the main areas of commercial law including sale of goods, medial and entertainment, share and business sale agreements, restrictive covenants, partnership, franchising and private international law. Recent notable cases include the landmark Court of Appeal Dadourian Group International Inc v Simms & others (No 1) [2006] 1 WLR 2499 (extra-jurisdictional enforcement of worldwide freezing orders); Dadourian (No 2) [2007] 2 AER 329 (use to which evidence under compulsion to police a freezing order may be put at trial); Crucial Music Corporation v Klondyke Management AG (warranties of description for the sale of a classical music catalogue).
