He is also one of the Bar’s most-experienced and sought-after mediators. A member of the Bar’s ADR Committee since its inception, he has mediated over 175 disputes since 2003. He mediates in a wide variety of areas of law including professional negligence (solicitors, accountants’ and surveyors) employment, property, banking, boundary disputes, contract, company, construction, insolvency, insurance, landlord and tenant, and partnership.
