Position
Tim specialises in all aspects of commercial law, with particular emphasis on insurance and reinsurance, shipping, professional negligence and general commercial disputes. He acts both in an advisory capacity and as an advocate, and has regularly been instructed on his own and as junior counsel in major Commercial Court actions and arbitrations.
Career
Called 1996; 7 King’s Bench Walk 1997-2005; left Chambers to join award-winning reinsurance and international risk team at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert; returned to 7 KBW in 2007 to resume his practice as a commercial barrister.
