Taxing the profits of alleged crime Tongele (2013): Large scale immigration fraud B (2015): Large scale currency fraud Have also given preliminary officials from two foreign governments on matters pertaining to constitutional law and sanctions and advised companies on the operation and ambit of the Bribery Act. Have lectured and taught advocacy and professional ethics over many years, including international advocacy to both prosecutors and defenders in international tribunals. Am currently instructed by the Government Legal Department in an advisory capacity. Am instructed in a case concerning Diminished Responsibility to be listed before the Supreme Court. I have particular interest in the following: Cases where civil and criminal law intersect. Cases where a defendant is accused of joint enterprise crime. Cases in which the evidence against a defendant appears to be, at first sight, overwhelming. Complex and heavy fraud where a strategic view of the case is needed. I have always believed a client should feel free to ask, or have asked for him or her, frank questions of professional colleagues. Anyone can talk himself up. Your own professional colleagues know the good things and the less good things about you in what is a small profession.
